We strictly use HRA portal data for audit purposes. All sensitive documentation is accessed via encrypted portals and never stored on unsecured third-party servers.
FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE
Refund Policy
Our fee structure is designed for transparency. We prioritize successful recovery outcomes for our landlord partners above all else.
Fee Adjustments
Contingency fees are only processed upon documented payment recovery. Strategy consultation fees are non-refundable once the case review is finalize and delivered.
